Our Story

Fifth Door was born from a pattern Sophie could no longer ignore. She kept encountering leaders who were gifted, driven, and called to meaningful work, yet inwardly divided: making decisions from wounds they had not faced, leading organizations that reflected patterns they had not yet examined, and carrying a quiet sense that who they were and whom they were made to be were not yet the same person.

She recognized the same tension in her own life.

The issue was not motivation, skill, or strategy. It was formation. Leaders were building at full capacity without being formed to the depth their calling required. And that gap was shaping everything: their leadership, their most personal relationships, and their walk with God.

Fifth Door was created in response to that reality. It is a formation center for Kingdom Builders: leaders who know their work is a calling and who are ready to go to the source. Its work integrates spiritual formation, leadership development, depth psychology, and change management into The Five Doors, a five-stage process designed to form the leader so that everything they carry can become what God intended.

In this work, Sophie collaborates with Dr. Melony Texidor, whose strengths in leadership development and human growth deepen the center's formation process.

Fifth Door exists for leaders who are ready to stop leading from their wounds and start bearing the fruit they were made for.
